What inspired you to become an attorney in this field of law? ‍

I saw how rewarding the work is.   I can help a client move from point A to point B, using the law and the tools it provides to give that person a better quality of life.  It is immensely satisfying to know that my work has made someone else’s circumstances easier, better, less challenging.

Did you always want to be an estate planning attorney?

No.  I fell into the field quite by accident. But after working for several years in a law office as an estate planning paralegal, I decided to pursue a law degree, knowing that when I passed the bar, I would have a job waiting for me in estate planning and estate administration.

What do you think makes you different from other estate planning attorneys in New Jersey?

I care about my clients.  I put my clients first.  I value caring and compassion, which I believe are essential elements of my practice, and I think that those add value to my services.

What type of advice would you offer to a client that is nervous about the estate planning process?

Just relax. Let me make this process easy for you. You can ask me as many questions as you like, and I will explain everything in simple terms, that will be easy for you to understand, and when we finish up with your estate planning, you are going to walk out of my office saying “I don’t know why I put this off for so long”.

Is there a particular estate planning case that you will always remember?

There are several.  But I don’t have the time to go into the details right now.

What was your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject in school was Math.

When you aren’t in the office, what do you like to do?

When I’m not in the office, I love to be with my family, be outdoors, walking, swimming and enjoying nature.

 What is the thing that you enjoy most about being an estate planning attorney?

What I enjoy most about being an estate planning attorney is my clients and the relationships that we develop over the years. I’m love helping each one with their will and estate planning in New Jersey and providing them with the peace of mind that they need at any stage of their life.
